    Caroldale First Grade Parents,

    Welcome from the first grade team staff. Glad to have you all aboard for what we hope will prove to be an interesting online learning experience and year for everyone. With this blog we hope to give you a sense of what the team is trying to accomlish with somewhat limited instructional time. And in doing so, make parents an integral part of the student's learning experience.

    By knowing what we have accomplished during instruction, you can incorporate the concepts/vocabulary taught into discussions with your child at home, asking them pointed questions which will help to reinforce concepts. We will make every attempt to keep this blog up to date including using strike through text to show what we did not accomplish for whatever reason. That way we can hopefully go back and pick up dropped concepts.

    If you have any comments or questions, feel free to comment here, but as this is a public forum, do not include your child's name in your comments.
