Thanksgiving

Today we are celebrating Thanksgiving. We eat dinner with the whole family at (Mickey Mouse's) house. Earlier today we all (swam) into the (plane) and (drove) over (dogs) and through the (swamp) to get there. Once we arrived my (grandma) greeted us with a big (amazing) (hug). (Santa Claus) is also here and really makes sure things are looking (beautiful) and (spooky). They had decorated the (bathtub) with (5) (pictures of Jesus) There were also (giant) (sweaters) hung on the (microwave) It was all very festive! Now we were just waiting for the (bunny) to come out of the oven. I always eat my (tiger) with a side of mashed (teachers). My (family) watches (googly eye show down) on TV. They always shout (Yikes) when their team scores a (french fry). (Yay!) Only (1000) more minutes until the (tamales) will be ready to eat. Don't forget to save room for dessert. My grandma makes the best (dog) pies. They smell like (blankets). I get so full, now I feel like a (purple) (bunny)! Happy (Christmas) everyone!

Winter

Dear Santa,

I have been a very dirty elf this year. I did all of my chores. I (twirled) my (blanket) and (cleaned) my (Christmas hat). My brother, though, has been (stinky). He put (stars) in my sister's (lipstick). This made her (shiny). She got back at him by filling his (mom) with (happy) (ornaments).

Santa, I've always wanted to know: How do reindeer (swim)? And how do you fit down the (vacuum)?

Santa, since I have been so good this year, would you please bring me a (tall) (toilet), a (small) (elf), and a (beautiful) (shovel).

My brother deserves (toilet paper) in his (gum).

Santa, I do not have a chimney. I suggest landing your reindeer on our (cellphone) and entering the house through the (sink). Our dog (Cowboy) will try to (hug) you. Don't mind him, he doesn't bite. I will make sure to leave you a plate of (cold) (carpet) and glass of (Windex) for a snack and (silly faces) for your reindeer. Hope you have a (bouncy, graceful) trip on Christmas Eve.

Happy New Year to you and thank you.

Your (name),
